The Data Controller may collect and process sensitive personal data when necessary to fulfill the Data Subject's request regarding programs that, by their nature, require it. Such data will be handled with the Data Subject's prior consent and processed in accordance with the confidentiality, protection, and other principles established by law, and will be used exclusively for the purposes described below.

The mechanisms, means and procedures to exercise your ARCO rights, access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.The data subject or their legal representative may request the controller at any time to exercise their ARCO rights with respect to the personal data that concerns them.The data subject has the right to access their personal data held by Grupo Ecológico Sierra Gorda IAP, as well as to know the information related to the conditions and generalities of its processing through this notice. Likewise, they have the right to request the rectification or correction of their personal data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up-to-date, and at any time they have the right to request the cancellation of their personal data from the files, records, dossiers, and systems of the data controller, so that it is no longer in the controller's possession.

request to exercise ARCO rights must contain and be accompanied by the following:

Grupo Ecológico Sierra Gorda IAP will have a period of 20 days, counted from the date the request was received, to attend to and communicate to the holder the decision adopted, so that, if it is appropriate, it is made effective within 15 days following the date on which the response is communicated.
In the case of requests for access to personal data, delivery will proceed upon prior verification of the identity of the applicant or legal representative, as applicable. The aforementioned time limits may be extended once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it.
Data transferTo achieve the objectives and goals of our Institution, personal data may be transferred and processed both within and outside the country. This information will be shared for statistical, administrative, and contractual purposes. The data subject may accept or reject the transfer of their personal data.
